The Bloom Process was founded by two HR professionals who kept seeing the same gap: the distance between how people are developed and what the real world actually expects of them.
Between us we have spent years building teams, supporting employees, and working through people problems that don't have clean answers. We started this firm to do that work differently, combining real HR experience with development that actually sticks.
We are also both working moms, which shapes how we work more than it might sound. We understand what it takes to build something while carrying a full life, and we bring that to the businesses and people we support.

Co-Founder, SHRM-CPPeople Operations and Project-Based HRNichole builds the HR foundations that growing businesses run on. Her work centers on structure and systems: policies, classification, onboarding, and processes that keep a company steady as it grows.
